Empowering Youth Through Sustainable Education

Agroboros fosters holistic learning experiences that connect children with sustainable food systems, self-awareness, and community development through immersive educational programs inspired by innovative methodologies.

Originating from the Food Innovation Student Challenge at Wageningen University, Agroboros is driven by a dedicated volunteer team of four Esteve Helias (lying in front), Daniela Crues(left behind), Johanna Schönberger (middle behind) , and Sarah-Maria Scheid (right behind) committed to shaping a new generation of conscious learners.

Our history

Since its beginnings, Agroboros has been steadily growing from concept to implementation, transforming an award-winning idea into a hands-on educational initiative.

2024 marked our foundation and the first pilot project in France, where we tested our educational approach in practice. This initial phase allowed us to validate our core methods, combining agroecology, sensory learning, and movement, and to gather valuable insights for further development. It also marked the start of building a strong professional network with experts and partner organizations.

In 2025, the focus is on refining our educational program, expanding collaborations across Europe, and preparing for our first Agroboros Summer Camp. We are finalizing the curriculum and materials, developing partnerships with farms and schools, and laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.

In 2026, we will bring Agroboros fully to life with the launch of our first pilot camp in Germany. Around twenty children will experience the complete program, providing crucial feedback to help us strengthen and scale the Agroboros model for future camps and educational collaborations.
